Joielle were so prompt with emails and unbelievably helpful and patient with the confusion I had with sizing. I happened to come across Joielle after some research on English wedding forums and am so glad I did! Planning a wedding involves so many different suppliers and those that are friendly and efficiency really make the difference to the process.

Tammy and the team were so easy to deal with even given the big time difference between me in Aus and them in the US they were always quick to respond and gave great advice on fitting and styles. I would reccomend (and have done so) this site to everyone looking for dresses for their special day!

Tammy and Julie were so helpful and responsive during my bridesmaids' dress search! Not only did they offer the best price, but they gave my group an additional 10% off! I was having a hard time deciding between two colors because looking on a monitor can drastically change how the color looks. Tammy and Julie helped me change my mind last minute and stopped me from making a horrible decision! These ladies give you the personalized attention every bride deserves :)

I was SO PLEASED with Joielle! For being an online shop, they really made me feel like they were my neighborhood dress shop around the corner. They were very prompt to answer questions by phone or email, and very knowledgable to help make the buying process easy!
Each of my bridesmaids were living in different state from each other and myself, so ease was top on my list, right along with quality and price and Joielle delivered on all points! They kept me updated through the whole process, informing me once each of my bridesmaids ordered their dress and when the entire order was placed and even shipped.
Joielle offered the BEST prices and services - I couldn't have been happier! I would HIGHLY SUGGEST using this company - they make this portion of the wedding plans so simple!

Joielle was such a great find! I fell in love with the Alfred Sung collection and was so happy to find a location where all of my "worldly" bridesmaids could shop for their dresses. We bought five different styles in quarry and all of them received compliments on the dresses. Tammy was great to work with and she was such great help every step of the way!

The ladies at Joielle were so helpful and friendly! I really enjoyed working with them. I had kind of a nightmare when I ordered one of my bridesmaids dresses in the wrong color, but they were so helpful and worked really hard to fix the problem as best they could. I feel like my service ordering from them online was better than I could get at the bridal boutiques right down the road from me!

I can't express how much I enjoyed working with Joielle.com. It was the easiest part of planning my wedding. They were very helpful with trying to make sure the girls ordered the correct sizes and were very prompt with delivery. (wish I could say that about all my vendors)

The ShopJoielle website was so easy to use! There was a very helpful guide to help me figure out the right fit/size, and there was also a simple list of prices so that I could do quick price comparisons for the dresses I was interested in. Not only were the prices reasonable, I was also impressed with the plentiful variety of dresses in the ShopJoielle collection.
I would not hesitate to refer one of my engaged friends to go order her bridesmaid dresses here! =)

Not only did they have the bridesmaids dresses we needed for 25% less than any other vendor, but the site was easy to use and they arrived ahead of schedule. The handwritten note tucked into the package shows their attention to detail. A wonderful shopping experience!

Joielle was the perfect site for my wedding's bridesmaids needs. My bridesmaids were spread out all over the country, and Joielle provided a central "place" for everyone to order. The dresses were beautiful, the staff (especially Tammy) were helpful, and all of my orders arrived without a hitch. I would recommend building in a cushion to allow for alterations before you order a dress. And I would definitely recommend to any bride!

Shop Joielle was an incredible convenient site from which each of my bridesmaids (all in different cities) could order their dresses. One of my bridesmaids was even international and had no problem receiving her dress on time. The dresses were just as described on the site and the color spot on, yet more vibrant in person. Having picked the designer and style number in an actual bridal shop, shopjoille had the best price, hands down (always helpful during this time of celebration and travel).
