We came from Europe to New York for our wedding and hired a duet of musicians from Chris Williams for the event. We found Chris personally to be extremely helpful, accommodating and communicative which was very helpful while trying to organize our wedding from such a distance. The musicians provided on the day were also excellent. They arrived well before the ceremony, dressed suitably in black and performed excellently. They continued to our reception later that day. Again, they arrived in plenty of time and were completely professional throughout. The standard of playing was very high and we really enjoyed listening to them. We have no hesitation in recommending Chris Williams musician services to other couples.

I hired Chris for my wedding in Central Park. He entertained my guests before and after my ceremony. He did an amazing job. He was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to any of my family/friends that are looking for a professional musician.

Chris Williams and his string quartet were amazing. Everything on his part went flawless. He was very helpful with music selection. They were all dressed professional, looked very presentable, was there on time, and sounded great (all things us brides want on our day). Good luck everyone!

I don't understand a long engagement... once you know, just make it official right? Unfortunately forcing all of those plans into two months is almost an impossibility. As a result, when I contacted Chris there was really no time to waste. He accepted and three weeks later provided EXACTLY the music I had requested AND was even able to provide accompanyment for two songs with a soloist. Our wedding was at central park (which is 843 acres) and he was in exactly the right place at exactly the right time and was perfect. If he was able to pull this off, then feel confident that your more "normal" event will also be flawless.

Not only was this group extremely talented but they were very professional, considerate, kind and easy to work with. When things always seem to become hectic the last few days before the wedding and especially on the special day, the last thing you want is to worry. Chris Williams and his musicians were so professional & took the time to make sure the repertoire and instructions were clear ahead of time so that everything went as planned without a hitch. I did not need to stress about anything and I received so many compliments about the music. I had a cello/violin duo at my ceremony and I am so thankful I decided to hire them because the accompaniment added such an element of beauty, tranquility, and elegance to my catholic ceremony. my wedding was the best day of my life. working with Chris Williams was such a pleasure and I will recommend him and his musicians to all my friends and family. I hired Chris Williams and his quartet for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour music and I must say, I was BEYOND happy and satisfied with his services! First of all, Chris is a wonderful individual. I knew from the moment that I spoke with him over the phone that he was someone I would want to work with. My wedding ended up falling on the day that HURRICANE IRENE hit NYC, and Chris not only kept my wedding planner and me up to date on the musicians, but in addition to that, the musicians did everything they could to make it to the wedding. They understood how important music is to a wedding and how important their presence was. All musicians made it and the ceremony was absolutely perfect. They played so beautifully and all of my guests raved about them to me. I'm a violist, so I know music, and they were fantastic. Musicians Services is the absolute best!

I have to say the musicians were amazing. Chris was fantastic to work with, especially considering I got married on the weekend of Hurricane Irene. The cello solo when I walked down the aisle was a highlight of the ceremony...though the aisle was too short. My ceremony was Friday and my reception was Saturday. Chris had all the musicians get into the city early so they could make it for the reception and then was extremely understanding when I had to cancel at the last minute. They will be playing at my reception when I finally get to have it in January!

I would highly recommend Musicians Services to any bride who is looking for quality music at their wedding. As we all know, planning a wedding is so overwhelming and thinking about the music wasn't one of our high priorities - so working with Chris was great because he could give me a lot of guidance and ideas. As it turns out, the music was one of the things everyone noticed about our ceremony. We got so many compliments!! A+

It was a pleasure to work with Chris Williams. He was professional and prompt with responding when we reached out to him during a very busy time of wedding planning. He was also willing to work with us throughout the planning process and made it easy for us to figure out the details to our ceremony music. He and his musicians also played very well (and he sent bios as well as recordings of their playing so you could get a "preview"). Aside from these positive aspects, one of the best part of his services was the price--it was the most cost-effective choice (we had checked many other out before deciding to go with him), especially for what we wanted (we had a string trio).
